“We ordered over 60 fleeces with our company logo on for our members of staff. The whole order was handles with the minimum of fuss and delivered out to all our staff. The quality of the fleeces was excellent and we hope to place a further order in the near future”Rex Tattersall
“One of the key factors for creating a good impression is appearance, how do we look to prospective clients. With this in mind I asked Simon for some ideas on what type of things I should be looking at for my specific type of business. We sat down for an informal chat where I gave him my suggestions. The proofs were sent through to my email and once I’d checked and confirmed, the garments were ready the next day. The order and turnaround was very quick and efficient. I am delighted with the results and have already had good comments from clients on our appearance.
It looks professional to have a working uniform and I would highly recommend Dragon Clothing to provide you with such equipment”Thomas Eratt

What artwork & file formats do we accept?
Our embroidery files are digitized in-house, using wilcom Embroidery Studio software. To produce a file for Embroidery, we accept logos in pretty much any postscript or photshop format, for example any file ending in either of the following – jpg, bmp, png, tif, eps or .psd. From any of these files we can digitize your design to make it suitable for our embroidery process, however if you have your design in a DST or native embroidery format, there will be no charge.
The following file formats are accepted as print ready artwork, below are our print guidelines to ensure we print your artwork without delays and to the highest of standards.
Adobe .pdf’s should be saved in CMYK colour format, high resolution files with all fonts converted to outlines / curves. Artwork can be supplied at full size. Most major graphic manipulation tools will allow graphics to be saved as a .pdf.
AI / EPS Files and InDesign Files
We can accept print ready artwork as both ai. and .eps files, please make sure all fonts and outlines are saved as curves. Please ensure any embedded images are supplied.
CDR CorelDRAW Files
We can accept print ready artwork as a CorelDRAW file, please make sure that all fonts are converted to curves and any outlines are set to scale with image.
File Formats Not Accepted
The following Microsoft programs are not design packages and if supplied as artwork these formats will require converting and may incur an artwork charge.
Due to the vast amount of fonts available, all fonts must be outlined or embedded before sending the artwork. Failure to do this could result in your artwork printing with automatically substituted fonts and appearing different to intended.
Resolution Photoshop Files
To ensure high quality print, artwork or images need to be supplied at 300dpi (dots per inch) or higher at actual size. Enlarging smaller images will result in loss of quality, Anything lower than this may result in blurry, bitmapped or pixelated print. Images from the internet are 72dpi and appear fine on screen but they are not suitable for full colour printing.
We have a standard turnaround time of 3 – 7 working days which don’t include weekends or bank holidays. You will be given an estimated completion date when your order is processed. If an order is needed by a certain date it must be stated on both the order form and verbally over the phone when payment is being made.
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately before garments go into production. Unless previously stated or in the case of dealing with PLC & Government invoice terms can be agreed with the customer however if the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
When placing an order with Dragon Clothing the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you are the owner / have permission to reproduce artwork files.
At the customers request we can send a proof sheet to you to approve prior to printing which displays the print size, position & embroidery/print colours. Scale may not be 100% accurate so please check the dimensions & measure if necessary. If you decide to change something please make sure you receive updated proofs.
This is not always an option where fast turnaround orders are placed and so full discussion must be over the phone as well as dimensions of print to be emailed to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes that are made on the proof sheet in the final print, so please check this very carefully.
We cannot guarantee that the digital colours displayed on proof sheets are completely accurate. Monitor colours vary a lot so cannot be 100% certain we are both seeing the same colour. For custom mixed ink it’s pretty essential that you check colours against a printed Pantone Solid Coated book for accurate colour referencing. We cannot accept responsibilty for a colour not matching your original artwork if the ink colour matches the Pantone colour / ink colour you approved. If you approve a proof sheet, we will assume you have checked the ink colour against a Pantone guide & all is OK.
How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order it’s best to contact us ASAP to avoid charges. If you cancel the order prior to stock being ordered then you will be entitled to a full refund. If stock has been ordered then there would be a 25% restocking fee on the price of the garments. If production has started then you will be entitled to a refund minus the material & labour costs incurred. If the items have already been produced, due to them being custom products you will not be able to cancel the order.
